ALL PRICES INCLUDE 20% VAT
- During all school holidays, check in/out days are Mondays and Fridays with a minimum 3 night stay. We take 3 night bookings Friday to Monday, 4 night bookings Monday to Friday or 7 night bookings Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
- At all other times, we have a 2 night minimum stay. We occasionally offer one night stays, please contact us if you are looking for a one night stay or check our social media.
- Your glamping pod will be secured with a 30% deposit, the remaining 70% is due 30 days before your stay.
- For group bookings of two or more pods, please contact us directly before booking. For exclusive site booking for a group of friends/family for the whole glamping site, please contact us for more information.
- Dogs are welcome in Willow, Maple and Hazel pods only, there is a charge of £25 per dog per stay for up to 2 dogs. Cedar pod will remain dog free. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs per pod.
- Willow and Cedar Pod sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- Maple and Hazel pod sleep a maximum of 5 people (2 adults and up to 3 children)
